Today, Joe and Gavin Maloof announced details for the 2010 NYC Maloof Money Cup. The street skateboarding competition will be held June 5-6 at Flushing Meadows Park in Queens. The prize purse will be over $250,000 with the winner will earning $100,000.
California Skateparks in conjunction with the city of New York Parks and Recreation Department’s “Adopt-A-Park” program will create a permanent world-class skate park that will be used for the competition.
The Maloofs also announced a South Africa Maloof Money Cup for 2011.
