Skatepark Left Standing in NY

Maloof Cup Plaza in Flushing Meadows at Corona Park

Unlike many skate parks in the past that are built especially for a skateboarding contest and then torn down, the Maloof Cup Plaza in Flushing Meadows was left right where it was after the contest was over. Thus, making this is a very special plaza to the local skaters in New York. I mean, how many kids that play basketball get to go to Madison Square Garden and practice whenever they want? Not very many, so we couldn’t be happier to build a project as special and unique as this one! Check out this Bonus Clip from FUEL TV showcasing the skate plaza and all the hard work that went into it.
