Pier 62 Skate Park
FUEL TV was at the grand opening of Pier 62 and caught up with California Skateparks Project Manager Bill Manadeo and Zoo York Pro Rodney Torres to talk about the park and the challenges that went into the build. The most unique thing about the Skate Park is the fact that it was built on top of the Pier, so the Hudson River actually runs under the Skate Park. The park is free to the public, does not require pads, and features a unique revolving door, sorry no bikes allowed.
