The first ever Street League Skateboarding Course is complete! Together, California Skateparks and California Ramp Works built an 8,500 sq. ft. skate plaza inside the Jobing.com Arena in only 2 days. The desert themed course is split up into 4 sections; a technical section, line section, creative section, and a big rail section. Street League’s judging format is what sets it apart from any other skateboarding contest in the world, making the course layout one of the most important parts of the contest. This brand new format gets rid of the jam session and requires the 24 pro’s to attempt 7 tricks on each of the 4 sections of the course.
There are 3 stops this year for Street League, each course will be different and have features, colors, and shapes unique to its own design. The next contest will be Sept. 11th in Ontario, CA and the last stop for the year will be held in Las Vegas, NV.
